Snai Terms & Conditions — Please read carefully before use

Account Security

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times (typically 10x–30x) before they can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games or certain betting categories.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet limit may apply when using a bonus.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household cannot claim the same bonus more than once.

Bonus Abuse

If snai determines that a user is abusing the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses or artificially fulfilling wagering requirements — snai reserves the right to void those bonuses and any associated winnings.

All decisions regarding bet acceptance and game outcomes on snai are final. Should any technical error or connectivity issue result in a loss, snai may consider offering compensation on a case-by-case basis.

Sports Betting

• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed, unless snai offers a specific cash-out option.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for any related bets will be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before any odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• Snai reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds.

Casino & Slots

• The RNG (Random Number Generator) for all casino games is independently verified.
• RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available on the game page.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void.
• The dealer's decision in Live Casino games is final.

Lottery

• Lottery draws are conducted according to a fixed schedule.
• Results cannot be changed after the winning number has been announced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on snai. Violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of deposited funds, and legal action where necessary.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Fraud: Chargeback fraud or filing a false dispute with your bank.
• Bots & Automation: Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a game.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Minors: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to operate or use your account.
• Account Sale/Transfer: Selling or renting your account to another person.

Closed by User

• Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
• Any bonus balance that is not withdrawable will be forfeited.
• After account closure, you may need to wait 30 days before reopening it.

Closed by snai

Snai may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months or more).

Dormant Account Fee

If your account has been inactive for 12 months or more and carries a balance, an inactivity fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be charged monthly. You will receive an email notification before any deduction is made.

Snai is an internationally licensed platform. These terms are governed by applicable international gaming laws. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own local laws.

Limitation of Liability

• Snai's liability for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
• Snai is not directly liable for issues caused by third-party game or software providers.
• Snai will not be held responsible for losses resulting from user negligence or failure to comply with the terms.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, contact our support team first. Most disputes are resolved within 7 business days. If the issue remains unresolved through support, you may use our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process.
